The villa is far from street noise and traffic as it is equidistant from two towns, Forio and Panza 
- A few hundred meters from the villa, reachable on foot, you can visit Giardini Poseidon Terme, the largest thermal park on the island of Ischia: highly curative thermal waters feed over twenty swimming pools surrounded by greenery, with temperatures ranging from 28° C to 40° C, three swimming pools with sea water for sporty swimming and for children's entertainment, a thermal steam cave according to the Greco-Roman tradition dug into the tuff, three "Kneipp" groups (alternating baths 40° C/ 15° C) of circulatory effect and a vascular exercise path of the lower limbs.

- Guests can take advantage of a 20% discount on the entrance ticket to The Ninfe park in Nitrodi. The Ninfe of Nitrodi park is surrounded by green hills in the village of Buonopane, in the south of the island of Ischia. The park winds along characteristic terraces that follow the shape of the land according to local rural traditions. The spa complex has showers and sinks in which pure water is released, directly from the springs without storage or chemical or physical treatment of any kind and at its natural temperature of 28°C.

Getting around the area

- The public service works well on the island and the bus stop is 50 meters from the private road exit  on left hand, walking on the provincial road.
