You will be staying in another person's accommodation, so please treat them with care and respect.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in after 4:00 pm

Check-out by 10:00 am

During your stay:

•Maximum 12 guests

•Pets allowed

Quiet times:

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

•It is forbidden to organize parties/events

•Advertising photography permitted

•Smoking is permitted only outside!

Additional rules:

My house is your home. Make yourself free that you are at your own home... Please respect for things which belongs to house, other people and the environment!

The swimming pool is thermal and it is open from April to October, but it can be opened on requests too. Prohibited to jump into the pool.

It’s recommended to turn off all the lights when going to sleep!

Small pets are allowed.

It is advisable to avoid smoking, especially indoors.
 

Before departure:

•Collect used towels

•Throw away the garbage (rules are written on the  garbage cans.)

•Turn everything off

•Leave the keys in the doors

Additional requests:

Always close umbrellas if it’s not necessary. In the case of a weather alert place them spread out in the garden. Try to leave the villa in good condition, especially the kitchen.
